Your responsibilities 

·        Receive andregister customer and user enquiries,

·        Provide IT support for White Drive Motors and Steering users in a client system area          (hardware, Windows, MS Office, other software), solving incidents and service requests,

·        Install andconfigure IT hardware and software,

·        Proactivemonitoring of incident and quotes queues,

·        Advise usersabout products and solutions to requirements,

·        Ensureknowledge creation if needed (knowledge base),

·        Deliver highquality in solutions and do things right to minimize incidents and          problems,

·        CoordinateIT tasks for Wrocław and Bielany Wrocławskie plants,

·        Bridgebetween local business and global IT organization,

·        Demonstratesability for collaboration and teamwork, also in virtual and international          context,

·        Ableto work in a multicultural environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity

·        Takesinitiative and responsibility,

·        Abilityto handle and prioritize several important tasks simultaneously,

·        Strongexperience with MS Office and Windows environment,

·        Generalexperience with PC clients (hardware and software); preferable in enterprise          context,

·        Knowledgeof ITIL will be an asset,

·        Highanalytical skills.
