You would be joining the Danfoss Strategic Sourcing Team in a very exciting time to support building out a team and processes to support our key business partners and deliver company-wide support for all Supplier related initiatives.
Requirements:
- Pursuing Bachelor's/ Master s Degree with an analytical focus (Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, etc.) and/or Procurement, Supply Chain,
- MUST HAVE : Excellent MS Excel, PowerPoint skills
- MUST HAVE Communicates in a clear, concise, and timely manner and operate effectively as a team player (in English)
- Nice to have : Basic understanding and/or interest in procurement and sourcing.
- Demonstrated ability and passion to dissect/solve problems with a fact-based, data-driven, rigorous approach
- Thrives when multi-tasking and work best in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Manages multiple tasks, projects, and timelines with a sense of urgency and within deadline
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Resourceful with a strong work ethic and are willing to go the extra mile to get work done
- Availability for a minimum of 1 year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Master data Administration (Pricelists updates, Uploading data to Systems etc. )
- Communicating with colleagues and stakeholders in different regions and countries (Europe, India, US, China, Mexico )
- Gather and interpret information to assist cross functional teams (Procurement, Strategic Sourcing)
- Support Manager(s) with detailed analysis to categorize and prioritize opportunities and data mining efforts.
- Maintain and assist in data quality efforts in purchasing systems
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking
- Work on Ad Hoc requests as directed by CM (Category Manager).
